WHAT IS KOMBUCHA AND

WHY DO WE DRINK IT?

Kombucha is a beverage produced from sweet tea with a culture of yeast and beneficial bacteria. Its use was first recorded in China in 221 BC during the Tsin Dynasty. They referred to the fermented tea as "the tea of immortality".

OUR MISSION

Koru Kombucha’s mission is to craft and provide a delicious beverage that’s beneficial to your body by supporting your digestive and immune systems.

We believe in the power of probiotics, vitamins, antioxidants and using food and drink to heal and energize. Those beliefs (and Kombucha) power our business.

ONLY THE BEST INGREDIENTS MAKE IT INTO OUR KOMBUCHA

We choose organic (always), locally sourced (when possible) fruits, herbs,
sugar and tea to craft our kombucha.
